The Collaborative for Gender + Reproductive Equity (CGRE), a dynamic learning community of donors and foundations united in the advancement of gender, reproductive, and racial equity; and the Gender Equity Action Fund (GEAF), an independent, aligned 501(c)(4) organization prioritizing state-centered investments, are hiring an Executive Director. CGRE and GEAF seek an inspiring and strategic leader to advance an extraordinary opportunity to activate financial and social capital for work at the intersections of gender, reproductive, and racial equity. This role will be instrumental in providing visionary executive leadership for both organizations and work in close partnership with staff to execute on strategic priorities and foster innovation and ambition in all aspects of their work.
CGRE and GEAF are remote-first organizations; this position can be based anywhere in the U.S. and will require travel within the U.S. The Executive Director will be on the payroll of CGRE’s fiscal sponsor, Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors.
